Originally from Petaling Jaya, Selangor, I moved to the United Kingdom to study Software Engineering at Nottingham Trent University. After earning my BSc (Hons) in Computer Science in October 2018, I continued my education at Universiti Sains Malaysia, where I am currently pursuing an online Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a focus on International Business Management, Global and Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship in Global Business, among other areas.

My passion for technology and business has led me to a career as a Data & Infrastructure Engineer, where I have developed technical troubleshooting skills, data analysis abilities, and customer engagement expertise. I have also made notable career achievements, including increasing customer satisfaction scores by 20%, achieving a 98% resolution rate, implementing a new knowledge management system, and contributing to increasing sales revenue by 150%.

Outside of my professional life, I am an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys swimming, hiking, and running. I also have a keen interest in creating AI-generated content using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and DALLE, and playing video games. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay, I am always open to new experiences, cultures, and ways of thinking.
